After my AA meeting last night I was driving home and passed by the Spearmint Rhino. I thought there might be a ball game on so I stopped in. One of the girls said I was kind of cute so I bought her a drink. She was sipping it so I downed it for her, it was tequila. She was mad so I ordered another round and from there everything went downhill. She stole about $400 from me, or somehow I misplaced it while there for 6 hours. Well then I commend the use of decimal places in the bar bill to really draw in the sense of realism.

See, precision is a obvious way to show importance of data. Which is why I skoff at decimal places on WAR.

In all honesty, I’ve learned more about baseball here in the last year or so than in the previous 40 odd years of my life. I was a knuckledragger old school type, but I have to admit there is something to the new stats. I am still worried about the affect of communism on baseball, and I don’t fully understand WAR. Nonetheless
